Part of the Battery MaxiMiser and Power Management Features set for some IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad notebooks. The purpose of this entry is unknown at present. It doesn't normally appear to be running if left enabled at startup and it doesn't run if the Battery MaxiMiser Wizard is open - hence the "N" status
