Description:

Installed with the graphics drivers for Intel desktop and mobile motherboard chipsets with integrated graphics. One observed function is that it on some notebooks/netbooks it can change the resolution during startup from reduce to full. Otherwise, its purpose or function isn't known at present but users may be able to disable it without any problems - hence the recommended "U" status
