Description:

IconX from Stardock Corporation - "a program that enhances your Windows desktop icons so that they can be any size, zoom on mouse over, have shadows underneath them and generally make them more attractive and usable." Required if you want to use the features and themes provided. No longer supported - it was formally part of the Object Desktop suite and also available as a separate download
