Supports accessibility features for the TrackPoint stick and associated buttons on IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad notebooks. If features such as "Click Sound", "Button Lock" and "Cross Hair cursor" are enabled this entry will run at startup. If none of the accessibility features are used it remains as a startup entry but doesn't run
